Variance, pursuant to Section 5160, Variances, of the Teton County Land Development Regulations, to allow two, 33 square-foot freestanding signs where one, 16 square-foot freestanding sign is permitted in the Rural zoning district for a non-residential use.

 

Location:

2780 N. Moose Wilson Road.  Located approximately 1.4 miles north the junction of Hwy 22 and Hwy 390 (S13, T41N, R117W).  The property is zoned Business Conservation and Rural and is within the Natural Resources Overlay.
