On completed proposal/bid document envelope write: Bid# 12-13 Chief Vehicle. Bid packets shall include three copies of bid and specifications. All bids must be received by the above time and date for consideration. All bids shall be sealed. No bid will be accepted electronically or by fax. Successful bidder will be contacted at a later date and time after all bid documents have been reviewed.
