Open Application Period for Teton County Health Officer

The Board of County Commissioners are now accepting applications for the position of Teton County Health Officer. 

Acceptable candidates must be a physician who has graduated from an accredited school of medicine (MD or DO) and completed an approved residency program.  Board Certification or board eligibility is preferred as is a strong interest or experience in public health.  The County Health Officer (CHO) must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Wyoming and must reside in Teton County. 

The County Health Officer reports to the State Health Officer.  The Board of Health meets quarterly on the 2^nd Tuesday at 9am.

Application deadline is 5:00 pm on July 27.
