Qualifying for Employment Based Homes:

• No income or asset restrictions
• At least one adult in the household must be full-time employed in Teton County at a local business, and must have two years history of full-time employment at a local business.
• At least one adult in the household must continue to be full-time employed earning at least 75% of income from a local business throughout ownership of home.
• No other residential real eastate can be owned while owning an employment based unit (it can be listed for sale until it is sold).
• At least one adult in household must be a United States Citizen.
