TETON COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS FEES AND RULES FOR OUTDOOR RODEO ARENA AND GRASSY ARENA

Fairgrounds – 23 acres total (includes south side of Snow King Avenue); 18 acres on north side (includes Town property).

Same day reservations will not be taken for grounds rentals.

If the grounds are reserved for a use, please do not attempt to use them, even if they appear to be empty.

The Teton County Fair Board’s equipment may only be used by individuals covered by Fair Board insurance.

Violators of any fairgrounds rules may lose their use privileges.

OUTDOOR RODEO ARENA

305 W. Snow King Avenue

150’ x 275’

Arena Seating Capacity – 2,400 – Total

All local user groups will pay a $250 damage/security deposit and all other user groups will pay a $750 damage/security deposit.

     Most user groups must provide proof of insurance.

FREE USER GROUPS (4H and High School Rodeo) maximum 4hrs. per week

NON-EXCLUSIVE COMMERCIAL USE – LESSONS ($10/HOUR WITH CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE).  THIS ALLOWS OTHERS TO USE THE ARENA.

EXCULSIVE COMMERCIAL USE – LESSONS ($20/HOUR WITH CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE).

EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE USE - $5/HOUR. 

FOR PROFIT USER GROUPS - $50.00/HOUR  $500/DAY PLUS $1.00 PER TICKET OR ENTRY

There are some usages which have to be exclusive by nature of the use, because no one else can safely use the arena – barrels, poles, roping.  Exclusive use requires reserving the arena.

The rodeo arena will be groomed and watered, as needed, prior to your use, but any additional tractor/driver times will be charged $80/hour (pro-rated for use, $20 minimum).

GRASSY ARENA

All user groups will pay a $250 damage/security deposit

Most user groups must provide proof of insurance.

NON-PROFIT GROUPS - $5/HOUR; $50/DAY

FOR-PROFIT GROUPS - $10/HOUR; $100/DAY
