NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT TETON COUNTY RULES AND REGULATIONS
Specifically Regarding COUNTY FACILITIES, COUNTY PROCUREMENT, COUNTY ROAD ACCESS AND UTILITIES, COUNTY LIQUOR LICENSES, COUNTY ANIMAL REGULATIONS, COUNTY CONTESTED CASE RULES, COUNTY MEETING RULES, AND COUNTY PATHWAYS
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Wyoming Statute §16-3-103 that the TETON COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS intend to consider the adoption of RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING COUNTY FACILITIES, COUNTY PROCUREMENT, COUNTY ROAD ACCESS AND UTILITIES, LIQUOR LICENSES, ANIMAL REGULATIONS, CONTESTED CASE RULES, MEETING RULES, AND PATHWAYS. The rules for FACILITES, PROCUREMENT, ROAD ACCESS AND UTILITIES, LIQUOR LICENSES, AND PATHWAYS are all new rules and regulations. The Rules and Regulations for CONTESTED CASES, MEETING RULES, AND ANIMAL REGULATIONS are being reformatted with no substantive changes. A hearing to take testimony on the proposed rules shall be held on December 4, 2018 at 9 a.m.. during the regular meeting of the Teton County Board of County Commissioners at the County Commissioner’s Chambers located at 200 S. Willow St., Jackson, Wyoming. Pursuant to W.S. §9-5-304, the agency anticipates non-applicability to the Wyoming Regulatory Takings Act.
