Barre Fitness

This low intensity Barre class will focus primarily on the smaller stabilizing and alignment muscles that support our bodies as we move through everyday life. Bars, resistance bands, sponge balls and one to three pound weights will be added to increase mobility through classical dance movements. The reps will be high, the weights low, but muscles will be shaking before you leave.

Marisa Laugen instructs the class and the call is on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m.
