We are happy to finally offer an autopay service for our homeowners and renters.
To start using autopay right away, there are two links below.
The first link is for homeowners in the Millward neighborhood only, and can only be used to pay Millward ground lease fees.
The second portal is for everything else – it can be used for parking fines, rent, late fees, non-Millward ground lease fees, etc., as long as you include an explanation with your payment. If you have any questions about which portal you should be using or how to sign up, please contact us.
If you are unsure if you should be using the portal to pay for something specific, please contact us about that as well. If you pay for something that you shouldn't or it goes into the wrong account, we will be unable to refund you the service fee associated with your payment; we can only refund the payment amount itself.
There are fees associated with this service that goes to the autopay company we are working with. The fees are as follows:
For any payment made by credit card, you will be charged 2.5% of the amount that you are paying, with a minimum fee of $1.95. This charge will occur every time you make a payment, so if you sign up for a monthly payment via the autopay system, you will pay 2.5% of your total each month, plus additional charges if you make additional transactions.
For any payment made by e-check, you will be charged a flat fee of $1.50 per charge, regardless of charge amount. This charge will occur every time you make a payment, so if you sign up for a monthly payment via the autopay system, you will pay $1.50 each month, plus additional charges if you make additional transactions.
If you would like to avoid incurring these charges, you are more than welcome to continue to pay us via check or cash either through the mail at PO Box 714, Jackson, WY, 83001 or at our location at 320 South King Street, Jackson, WY, M-F, 8AM – 5PM. You also can check with your bank – sometimes banks provide autopay services to their customers.
