Fall 2012

BackgroundFall 2012 Collage of Marketing Campaign

Fall in Jackson Hole is a magical place. It’s full of breathtaking views and incredible wildlife that can only be truly experienced firsthand. To help attract visitors during this unique shoulder season, we tapped into the “Untamed” nature of fall in Jackson Hole. The campaign, which ran from September to mid-October, targeted Authentic Baby Boomers (48-64-year-olds who are seeking to be challenged by the terrain but have the finer amenities at the end of the day) and Successful Professionals (35-64-year-olds who are seeking once-in-a-lifetime experiences that include authenticity and luxury). We worked closely with local photographers through Teton County to find the most quintessential autumn scenes throughout the region. The resulting print and online ads encapsulated what makes fall in Jackson Hole unlike anywhere else on earth.

The fall campaign used a number of high impact newspaper placements, with three consecutive half-page print ads running in regional papers like The Denver Post and Bozeman Daily Chronicle. Digital banner ads extended the campaign online. By the end of the campaign, 14.4 million impressions were served and the campaign landing page was visited over 16,000 times.
